As Manager, Assessment Operations, you have the responsibility for managing systems and processes that support assessment scoring and delivery of feedback reports. The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) Assessment Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the CCL Data and Scoring Center and Quality Control teams within Client Services.
This managerial role ensures that CCL's enterprise business needs for assessment support is operating promptly and accurately. The Manager works in a liaison role with cross functional teams to support the function of high volume assessment processing as it relates to the enterprise. You will be responsible for collection and documentation of business metrics and make recommendations for process improvements.
The Manager, Assessment Operations role is a temporary position which may lead to a full-time opportunity.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Strategic responsibility for technology and processes
- Identify strategic direction, create policy and maintain quality systems
- Supervision of Systems and Quality Control Teams
- Active role in Client Services Management Team
- Maintain acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- College degree and 5+ years of work experience in an operational environment
- Supervisory experience
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral
- Extensive background of computer systems, but no programming
- High degree of integrity
- Excellent decision-making, trouble-shooting, project management, time management
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with staff, internal and external clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent organization and planning skills to handle large volumes of complex details
- Flexibility in managing a variety of tasks
- Ability to work independently and with initiative
