Faculty Development Manager

This position takes the lead role as faculty delivery trainer for Global Market (GM) programs. He/she collaborates in design, development and modifications of programs for GM work. Helps ensure optimal presentations of CCL capabilities, integrating detailed knowledge of how CCL capabilities work together. This position, when serving as a lead faculty on a complex initiative, facilitates the execution of large-scale projects that have a solution focus and meet GM criteria and description for the work. This position requires senior level project leadership skills necessary to execute high-level GM initiatives.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully and with impact with Senior Executives and Managers.
- Participates in internal and external team meetings on a regular basis
- Communicates effectively and regularly with other staff
- Makes sure that knowledge assets gained during the process are properly archived
- Serves as a curriculum integrator
- Designs and develops training guides and trains others in their use when required
- Meets deadlines for materials development
- Promotes knowledge sharing about the work throughout the CCL organization
- Contributes to the development of case studies Deliver a variety of open enrollment and custom client programs.
- Collaborate in the design, development and modifications to programs.
- Build and manage relationships with existing and new CCL clients.
- Contribute to knowledge development initiatives.
Required Education and Experience
- Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related business or social sciences field. Ph.D. in I/O psychology or MS in a business or social sciences field.
- Solid process facilitation skills and a program development background.
- Minimum eight years experience working in corporate business and/or OD fields.
- Candidate must have leadership role in an organization.
- International work experience and executive coaching is a plus.
