How to Order

To order any of the Center's assessment products or simulations, call +1 800 780 1031 or e-mail your request to info@ccl.org with the following information:

  • The company name and shipping address (and billing address, if different from shipping address)
  • Your name, phone number and fax number
  • Which product or simulation you wish to order
  • The number of sets you wish to order
  • The name, phone number, fax number and e-mail address of the CCL-certified/qualified feedback giver

After receiving the e-mail order, a Client Services representative will contact you to confirm your order, and to get any additional information needed.

If you have purchased Benchmarks or SKILLSCOPE from CCL in the past, you can purchase more sets of these assessments online. For more information, go to the pricing page of each of these assessments.

GSA Training Schedule
The Center for Creative Leadership is proud to be on the Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) GSA Schedule 874. Feedback Facilitation Qualification
All of the Center's assessment-for-development instruments and simulations require that feedback results be facilitated by a qualified individual. This means that feedback results are released only to an individual who has completed a qualification process and not directly to the person or group being assessed. Instrument Return Policy
To initiate a return call Client Services at +1 800 780 1031. Effective August 1, 2001

Product Returns Will Be Accepted On The Following Conditions:

For paper instruments:

  • They are in good condition and in complete sets (e.g., no missing forms, booklets, etc.).
  • They are returned to CCL within 12 months of original purchase.
  • The Return Authorization code, assigned to you by Client Services, is prominently displayed on box.
  • They are accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
  • The client pays shipping costs.
  • The client pays appropriate return processing fee (see specifics below).

For online instruments:

  • The instruments have not been accessed by participants or their observers.
  • The return is completed within 12 months of original purchase.
  • The client pays appropriate return processing fee (see specifics below).

The Following Return Process Fees Will Be Charged For All Returns:

Benchmarks®, SKILLSCOPE®, Executive Dimensions and Prospector® $25 per set
KEYS® $2 per survey

This policy applies in its entirety to both online and paper based versions. All return requests are subject to verification.
