Individuals attending our open-enrollment programs benefit from a thorough assessment of their leadership strengths and developmental needs in a confidential, secure environment. They also work with a diverse and experienced staff that provides a variety of learning methods and opportunities. The practical application of learnings to their work environment, as well as the interactions with executives and managers from other organizations, provides specialized, targeted, and action-oriented strategies.

Due to the unique location of CCL - APAC, the open-enrollment programs attract participants not only from the Asian countries but also participants from Europe, US, Middle East and UK. On average, each program has participants from at least six countries thus enriching the experiences for the participants.

  In partnership with Continuum, a world leader in design and product innovation, CCL has offering a 2 day highly experiential, hands-on event where managers experience and apply design thinking to their organizational challenges. Managers will learn and practice setting new, yet practical directions by fostering the core assets of their organization to produce innovative products, services, and processes.
• Coaching for Greater Effectiveness
  Designed to help managers guide their direct reports and teams toward greater effectiveness. The Coaching for Greater Effectiveness program leverages CCL?s research and experience in executive coaching and leadership by providing managers with proven frameworks and opportunities to practice new skills. The goal is to adapt personal coaching styles so that managers can immediately start applying new skills and drive sustainable results.
