Catholic Healthcare Partners (CHP), one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in the United States, was acutely aware that strategic and successful succession planning was crucial for the future sustainability of its organisation. Building a cadre of leaders capable of carrying the reins was important, but ensuring that those individuals were imbued with a strong sense of the organisation's mission and values was imperative.
