• Principal Leadership Program. The principal program uses a new 360 instrument based on the Illinois Professional School Leader Standards for Principals.

Contract Programs
EDC conducts a long list of 1-3 day contract programs including Embracing Change, Communication Styles and Strategies, Managing Conflict, Strengthening Developmental Leadership, Leading Through the Written Word, Performance Appraisals, and a high school leadership program. In addition to the program for principals, EDC offers a "Strengthening Departmental Leadership Program for Academic Chairpersons." This program seeks to serve department chairs in colleges and universities.

Coaching
Executive coaching is offered at the individual or team level, using organizational culture surveys, and Campbell Organizational Surveys.
