CCL's Flagship Programme Delivers Results in Europe

Since being redesigned in 2006 for European clients, the Center for Creative Leadership's flagship Leadership Development Program (LDP)^® has delivered significant and measurable impact for individual leaders and organizations.

Surveys of several hundred executives and managers who have completed LDP in Europe show the program has spurred significant changes in the leadership knowledge and behaviours of participants. Their feedback is analyzed in a new report developed by CCL's Evaluation Center.

Among the report's key findings:

• 100 percent of program participants reported the program delivered individual and organizational impact, according to 360-degree feedback data compiled after the program.
• 96 percent of participants' colleagues confirmed LDP had an impact at the individual level.
• 92 percent of participants' colleagues confirmed LDP had an impact at the organisational level.
• At an individual level, executives and managers emerged from the program with:
  • heightened leadership effectiveness
  • greater readiness for leadership responsibilities
  • improved skill at using feedback to change behaviors
  • greater ability to coach others in the organisation
• At an organisational level, executives and managers emerged from the program with
  • greater ability to work effectively with other groups
  • higher-quality decision making processes
  • increased openness to other perspectives
