Needed: Vision Articulated with Passion
CCL-EMEA's Managing Director Rudi Plettinx's column on "Vision" appears in the inaugural edition of AmCham Connect, a monthly e-publication of the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium. Talent Management Review, one of the UK's leading HR trade publications, spotlights a new report co-authored by CCL that shows most companies still use succession management plans that are antiquated, rigid and too focused on top jobs. CCL-Europe is excited to announce that the inaugural issue of the periodical LEADEurope is now available. The issue's theme of global leadership is supported by an article highlighting CCL's new Advancing Global Leadership programme and an article by Rudi Plettinx about cross-border leadership.
