CCL - Europe, Middle East, Africa - Assessments

360-degree feedback assessment is a method of systematically collecting a broad sampling of opinions about a manager's performance and using that feedback to establish a blueprint for personal and professional development. The Center became famous for pioneering the 360-degree feedback method in its leadership development programmes several decades ago, and today also makes available a variety of distinct instruments for organisations to use in their own in-house training and development processes.

CCL instruments are research-based with a consistent reporting format to help organisations create a common leadership language and consistent feedback process at multiple levels in their companies.

Our instruments are accessible online to our global clients, a convenience that can considerably reduce the time required to complete the assessment process. A secure server, firewall technology and password access ensure the protection and anonymity of raters and the confidentiality of participant results.
