CCL - EMEA offers five open-enrolment programmes, each with its own distinct focus and designed to meet the developmental needs of individuals at all levels in their careers, as well as groups of managers or entire organisations.

In every open-enrolment programme, participants receive a thorough and completely confidential assessment of their leadership strengths and developmental needs.   This top-ranked programme focuses exclusively on the demands of senior-most leaders who have at least 15 years of experience and have organisational responsibility for 500 or more people and/or executive staff functions.
• Coaching for Greater Effectiveness
  In this dynamic, interactive programme, the Center shares its proven techniques for coaching for sustainable results.
• Foundations of Leadership
  This quick-paced programme stresses the fundamentals and is especially beneficial for newly promoted managers in the early stages of their careers.
