Creating New Ways to Tackle Organizational Challenges: Talent, Strategy, and Culture

We had 49 enthusiastic executive level human resource, training and development professionals, and learning officers from the Denver and Colorado Springs region at the recent Center Connection event onsite at Invesco Field at Mile High. Participants were especially engaged with the Leadership Visual Explorer Cards used to promote table group discussions. The most common challenges these organizations are facing include a changing environment with new leadership, re-engaging a reduced workforce, and managing health and stress.
