Anand Chandrasekar
Anand is a research analyst with the Center for Creative Leadership, and based at CCL®'s Asia campus in Singapore. His current research is focused on the leadership gap in organizations. He is primarily interested in understanding the leadership skills that are important for an organization's success now and in the future and the question of how companies can identify and develop their organization's leadership in these critical areas.

Prior to joining CCL, Anand's work centered on research and teaching. He worked as a research intern while pursuing his Master's degree. His pioneering work with the Center for Cultural Intelligence involved developing the concept of cultural intelligence and its' relation to the adjustment of expatriates. This line of research has been published in leading academic journals. Anand's master's thesis explored the relation of job burnout to job performance. This work has been awarded the Best Paper Award by the Organizational Behavior Division of the Academy of Management in 2007. Given his interests in technology, Anand has been responsible for the design and administration of many online surveys. Anand also taught organizational behavior and human resource costing courses and worked as a teaching assistant at Nanyang Technological University.

Anand holds an M.Bus in Organizational Behavior from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Madras, India.
