Bio - Jean Brittain Leslie

Jean is the Manager of Product Development Research at The Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC. In this role, she studies the impact of multi-rater feedback and assessments on individuals, teams, and organizations. In addition, she designs research programs for CCL^® instruments and interprets their results. She is also an instructor in the Benchmarks^® Certification Workshop and manages translations of CCL instruments into other languages.

Active in CCL's work on cross-cultural issues and on derailment, she is coauthor of several reports, articles, and book chapters on 360-degree feedback instruments, derailment, and cross-national comparisons.

Jean has a M.A. in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
