Bio - Tracy Enright Patterson

Tracy Enright Patterson
Tracy has been with the Center for Creative Leadership's (CCL®) at the Greensboro campus since 2003. In her current role as a manager of Client Evaluation Services in CCL's Evaluation Center, she works with CCL staff, clients, and external evaluators to design and conduct customized evaluation processes for Center programs, products, and services.

Prior to joining CCL, Tracy worked as a research associate for five years at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in the Department of Public Health Sciences. There she played a key role in a variety of complex, multi-site program evaluations at the national level. She also has 17 years of diverse experience as a manager, evaluator, and program designer with government and nonprofit organizations. She has worked for the Department of Health and Human Services in Raleigh, N.C., the Guilford County Health Department in Greensboro, N.C., and the Pan American Health Organization in Washington, D.C.

Tracy holds a bachelor's degree in government from the University of Notre Dame and a master's degree in public policy from Duke University.
