Invitation to Pilot a New CCL Assessment Tool

The need for organizations to be more sustainable and take responsibility for their impact on stakeholders is becoming more urgent. Yet moving in this direction is not easy — it often requires new strategies, new mindsets, and new ways of leading.

To help you identify the leadership practices that work as assets — or liabilities — in your organization's move towards sustainability and CSR, the Center for Creative Leadership(CCL^®) invites you to try our new assessment tool addressing the following questions:

• What is your organization doing to set direction, create alignment and maintain commitment toward its sustainability efforts?
• What beliefs and practices help or hinder the development and execution of your CSR strategy?

Requirements for Participation

Participating organizations are asked to identify an internal liaison person who oversees the collaboration and provides access to employees to complete the assessment.

The assessment questionnaire takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and covers various leadership beliefs, strategies, and practices.

In order to get a meaningful picture of your organization, a representative cross-section of employees (at least 25 people) should complete the questionnaire.

Key Benefits for Participating Organizations

Organizations participating in the pilot of CCL's new Leadership for Sustainability / CSRtool will receive:

• A report detailing the current status of your organization's leadership attitudes, strategies and practices and how these factors enable or hinder the journey towards sustainability/csr.
• Recommendations for action based on your organization's results.
• Inclusion in CCL's network of action and exchange on sustainability and CSR
• An opportunity to build an ongoing relationship with CCL that can lead to future opportunities for research and collaboration

For a fee, we can also provide a complete array of additional services to accompany the results, including an expanded and customized report and other supporting services as desired (for example: a learning day, program development, web meeting and presentation of results).
