Young Women's Leadership Program - Program/Scholarship Application Process

Deadline extended - space is still available. Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply now!
Applications are due by May 25, 2012.

We encourage you to send your application(s) as soon as possible, as space in the program is limited. We also have a limited number of partial scholarships available.

Process

1. To download the Program and/or Scholarship Applications, please click on the links below. You will need access to Microsoft Word.
   • Program Application
   • Scholarship Application
2. Complete the application(s) electronically.
3. Please send completed application(s) using either option A or B.
   1. Via email - as an attachment with your name in the subject header (last name, first name) to youngwomenlead@ccl.org; or,
   2. Via USPS mail - print the completed application(s) and mail to the following address.

Checklist

• Did you and your parent/guardian sign and date the application? (Applications submitted via email should mail the signature page(s) to CCL at the address listed above.)
• Did you identify a reference and request a letter of support/recommendation to be submitted on your behalf? Letters should be sent via email to youngwomenlead@ccl.org, with your name (last name, first name) in the subject header or via USPS mail to CCL at the address listed above.
• Remember that one (1) letter of recommendation is required for the Program Application; two (2) are required if you are also submitting a Scholarship Application. References should note letters are due by May 25, 2012.
